LTC Introduces New Line of Electronic Simulation Tools for SAP End Users

Dallas - March 06, 2003 - LTC (Luttrell Training and Consulting, Inc.) introduced today an easy-to-use electronic training and performance support tool that improves end user training in the basic navigation requirements of the SAP 4.6 system.

The T3 Task Training Tool lets organizations deploy real-time training long before the user must begin performing in the live system. This reduces the cost of training and system errors associated with system launches and upgrades. End users can train, hands-on, in a simulated environment, at their own pace and in the order that fits their specific learning requirements. By working in a simulated environment, users can better adapt to the system and easily transition to actual work performance in the live system.

"Many companies have seen disappointing utilization rates and productivity in SAP among end users because of inadequate training tools and poor end user acceptance," said Ginger Luttrell, president of LTC. "We developed T3 as a proactive training tool so companies can cost-effectively train more employees and improve performance, adaptability and utilization rates."

Companies can select up to 30 customized features within the standard capabilities of T3 to individualize the software for their specific SAP environment. Individual product modules can also be designed to support the overall training effort for the SAP system.

Designed for large and small SAP installations, the T3 training tool gives users the flexibility to train at their own pace and within their comfort zone. As a performance support tool, T3 allows users to upgrade their skills, learn new transactions and tasks and improve their overall understanding and usage of the system.

Companies can purchase T3 on a per employee basis, or as a corporate license with unlimited users. The flexible pricing options allow a company of any size and number of users to leverage the benefits of T3 cost effectively.
